He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garrett and Wyoma Garrett (Homec); and his brother John Garrett (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Miller of Tularosa, NM; his children, Russell Garrett of Pick City, Aaron Garrett (Evgenia) of Parkland, FL and Anna Novak (Loren) of Hazen; his grandsons, Adam, Judah, Simon, Gabriel Novak, Alexander, Dimitry and Elliot Garrett; his siblings, Tom Garrett (Dawn) of Hazen, Jim Garrett of Hazen, Randy Garrett (Shawna) of Hazen, Tim Garrett of Sheridan, WY, Darryl Garrett (Pharada) of Underwood, ND, Toni Biggs (Bob) of High Rolls, NM and Tina Anderson (Richard) of Dallas, TX; his siblings-in-law, James Miller (Nancy) of Bottineau, ND and Joan Iverson (Ron) of Rapid City, SD; and his cousin Annie Connell (Kelly) of Lander, WY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
