Trautmann and Martha Trautmann (Weisser); his wife Velma Hanson; his grandsons, Brock and Brett Bowerman; his son-in-law Shawn Slaby; his parents-in-law, Peter C. Hanson and Mildred Hanson; his brother Bill; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Trautmann and Glen White.

He is survived by: his children, Wesley Trautmann (Cindy) of Robinson, LaDonna Bowerman (Bob) of Bismarck and Lanna Slaby of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Casey Patzner (John), Chase Trautmann, Courtney Riskedahl (Bo), Brietta Iverson (Kenn), Molly Rachel (Landon) and Abby Slaby; his great grandchildren, Maise Patzner, Haddie, Haven, Kolter Riskedahl, Claire, Adley, Brock Iverson, Brita, Braxton Bowerman, Seger and Lennie Rachel; and his sister Loretta White of Mandan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
