He was predeceased by: his father James A. Parr Sr.; and his grandparents, Emil, Emma Lagasse (Lassonde), Leslie and Vera Parr (Prouty).
He is survived by: his mother Virginia Parr (Lagasse) of Rolla; and his siblings, Robert Parr (Donna) of Iowa, Sherry Parr (Bryan) of Belcourt and Valerie Parr of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
