He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kramer and Alyce Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Shawn (Melissa), Lisa Dockter (Scott), Reed (Kolette), Jeff (Misty) and Kurt (Jessica); and his siblings, Dawn Keyes (Dennis) and Brian (Leeann).
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jack and Carole Kramer (6079 Center Ave N, Towner, ND 58788).
