She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Johnson and Myrtle Johnson; her sisters, Janice Seiffert and Beverly Seter; her granddaughter Krista Heilman; and her stepgrandson Brandon Hardison.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Norsby; her children, Rochelle Heilman (Michael) of Bismarck, Janelle Rasmussen (Erik) of Shoreview, MN and Kevin Norsby (Nancy) of Venice, FL; her sister Grace Marchand of Newburg; her sisters-in-law, Carol Norsby and Marilyn Norsby; her grandchildren, Shawn Heilman (Kimberly), Kirsten Rasmussen, Alexa Norsby, Rebecca Rasmussen and Rachel Norsby (Will Moss); her grandson-in-law Erick Brewer; and her stepgranddaughters, Shelby Toyo (Jameson) and Amanda Hardison. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (202 4th St SE, Rugby, ND 58368).
