With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kira Lemar (Rugby, North Dakota), born in Minot, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2026 at the age of 2. She was predeceased by: her great-aunt Dianne Hale; her grandmother Evelyn Paulson; and her uncles, Michael Tenney, Dusty Sebastian, Greyson Sletto, Tyler Kelly and Joey Mattern.

She is survived by: her parents, Jessica Hale and Kyler Lemar; her siblings, Andrew Lemar (Nevaeh), Wesley, William and Lovelle; her grandparents, Virgil Lemar, Cindy Lemar, Angelina Vache and Duane Hale, Sr.; her great-grandparent Kenny Mattern; her nephew Woods Lemar; her aunts and uncles, Kimberly Gates (Steven), Duane Hale, Jr., Sierra Hale, Momo Hale, Sherrice Roness (Justin), Chandler Lemar, Chase Egeberg (Kendra) and Amy Otey; and her cousins, Destiny, Ethan, Steven, Adalynn, Abigail, Feather Lynn, Able, Dusty, Xavier, Sabrina, Kaden and Kynzlee. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
