He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Strand; his children, Paul (Lynn) and Alyson Schepp (Kevin); his grandsons, Dawson, Gavin Schepp and Landen Solberg; his brother Greg (Carmen); his nephews, Chris Solberg (Angie), Chuck Solberg (Lauri) and Joe Solberg (Brianna); his great-nephews, Brent and Jason Dickinson (Denise); his grandchildren, Sabrina, Levi, Matthew and Adam Dickinson; and his great grandchildren, Kambri, Connor and Tatum.

The family requests that memorials be given to the First Lutheran Church in Bottineau or SMP Health.
