She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Kolden and Fern Kolden (Slocum); her husband Emil Jr. Forsman; her children, Jeanette Pitcher and Steven Forsman; and her siblings, Ann, Duane, Joyce and Ron.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Forsman (Lucy), Sara Forsman and Bruce Forsman; her grandchildren, Mandie Medalen (Carter), Stefanie Williamson (Anthony), Shawn, Michelle Forsman, Jessica Welder (Dana), Kaelyn Forsman, Alex (Sabrina), Cassie and Kisa Dschaak; and her sister Sandra Rue.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (48 3rd St NE, Garrison, ND 58540). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
