He was predeceased by: his parents, U. Andrew Turmo and Anne Turmo (Lee); his former wife Mary Faye Turmo (Anderson); his wife Bergliot Turmo (Herstad); and his son Mark (Cecilee).
He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Zhanna) and Kristi (Keith); his daughter-in-law Cecilee Turmo; and his sisters, LuAnn Haugen of Willmar, MN and Gunhild. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
