He is survived by: his nephew Shane Vollmer; his wife Cynthia; his children, Lisa Rhone (Randy), Stephanie Selzler (Lance) and Joseph Mathern; his grandchildren, Mary, Harper, Jesse Rhone, Caleb Zerkus, Waylon Fulbright and Jared Selzler; his siblings, Daryl Mathern, Betty Erickson, Donna Mathern-Schillereff, Loree Brewster and Jill Vollmer (Brian); and his mother-in-law Irene Fitterer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
