It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dayton Skarphol of Souris, North Dakota, born in Westhope, North Dakota, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alyce Skarphol (Frykman) and Haaken E. Skarphol; and his brother David. He is survived by : his sister Louise Johnson (Shayne) of Pillager, MN; his nieces and nephews, Aaron Johnson (Tomi), Harper, Henry of Crosby, MN, Amy Kremer (Dustin), Tenley and Taya of Fargo, MN; and his close friends, Linda Pedersen (Nordmark) of Souris, Honadel and Frykman.
