It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Nelson of Stanley, North Dakota, born in Kenmare, North Dakota, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Nelson and Ella Nelson; his brothers, Clifford, Carmie, Calvin, Clarence and Carlton; and his daughter-in-law Jacque.
He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; his children, Lance, LaNita Thronson (Jay), Leighton (Rhonda), Layne (Luann) and LuWanna Meiers (Chris); and his sister Collette Maxwell. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
