He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Falk and Mary Falk (Briese); his wife Mary Lou; his son Myron; and his siblings, Richard Falk (Lee), Lorraine Meadows (Clifford) and Delores Cox-Wahl.

He is survived by : his children, Valerie Stroh (Doug), Klamath Falls, Oreg, Randall Falk (Susan), Audrey Falk-Lair Eugene, Kevin Falk (Sara) and Paula Kinnischtzke (Dwight); his sisters, Marcella Strander, Billings, Mont and Vallis Garceau (Art); and his close friend Eunice Nelson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, three great-great-granddaughters.
