He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Ruff and Margaret Ruff (Enzminger). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Ruff (Lois) of Streeter, Alan Ruff (Audrey) of Streeter and Sherry Everding (Randy) of Medina, ND. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
