She was predeceased by: her mother Mae Derheim (Scheilke); and her parents-in-law, Josephine and Glenn Alvstad Sr. Vicki. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Alvstad; her children, Stephen Alvstad (Karen Riveros) and Tanya Tweten (Craig); her grandchildren, Jordan and Talan Jundt; her stepgrandchildren, Calli Peskey (Jarrett) and Carly Bartholomay (Seth); her great grandchild Jett; her brother Stan Derheim (Rita); and her nephews, Troy Derheim (Abby) and Mike Derheim (Amanda). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Thompson Larson Funeral Home (21 3rd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
