He was predeceased by: his parents, Bloyd Johnson and Naomi Johnson (Edwardson); his siblings, Darcy Johnson, Laveda Johnson, Flavia Johnson and Darla Johnson; his nephew Travis Ott; and his in-laws, Laurie Ruland, Lena Ruland and Dennis Scheet.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Emily Marie; his wife Jackie; his daughters, Mandi Faye Perdue (Ben) and Emily Lium (Travis); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Ellyllon, Mabel, Lily and Clark; his sisters, Penny Johnson and Delpha Harper; and his mother-in-law Marie Scheet.
