With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leland Brand of Taylor, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 104. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leland Brand to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl A. P. Johnson and Henrietta Connie Larsen (Lee); his uncle Samuel; his aunt Catherine Johnson Brand; his daughter Jo Carol; his siblings, Arthur Johnson, Paul Johnson and Charlotte Johnson Brand Bollyn; his wife Gail; his son-in-law Dennis Dohrmann; his sister Florence; and his daughters, Lynn Tool, Nancy Kleingartner and Barbara Dohrmann (Dub). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grand children, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevenson Funeral Home (2067 1st St W, Dickinson, ND 58601). A prayer was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stevenson Funeral Home - Dickinson (2067 1st St W, Dickinson, ND 58601).
