He is survived by: his father Michael Chlebik (Katrina) of Twentynine Palms, CA; his wife Sara Chlebik of Thompson; his mother Trudy Buffenbarger (Raymond) of Warren, IN; his brothers, Kevin Chlebik of Chanhassen, MN, Keith Chlebik (Theresa Whitchurch) of Prosser, WA and Kris Chlebik (Kristine) of Chula Vista, CA; his parents-in-law, Todd and Leona Minion of Randall, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Schaffner (Martin) of Minneapolis, MN, Cory Minion (Charlie) of Pine River, MN, Tony Minion (Julie) of Ulen, MN, Jennifer Johnson (Mitch) of Horace, ND, Stacey Pham of Maple Grove, MN and MaKayla Jison (Andrew) of Maple Grove, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
