With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Mae Skistad of Tioga, North Dakota, born in Bantry, North Dakota, who passed away on January 13, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Rahlfs and Edna Rahlfs (McDonald); her siblings, Johnny Fern (Hazel), Harris, Verna, Duane, Donald, Edna, Shirley, Richard Rahlfs and William Jones; her husband Birger; her parents-in-law, Laura Skistad and Olaf Skistad; her brothers-in-law, Kjerulf and Oscar Skistad; her son Dale Jones; and her son-in-law David Biwer.
She is survived by : her former life partner William A. Jones; her daughter Donna; her sisters, Pat Winslow (Keith) and Joyce Priebe; her children, Stormie Remus (Butch), Pattie Biwer, Kyle Skistad (Sally), Lori Skistad and Kory Skistad (Veronica); her daughter-in-law Toni Jones; her grandchildren, Rick Wagner, Chad Jones (Jessica), Kim Severence (Johnny), Kema Messenger (Tim), Donavon Skistad (Angie), Kelly Skistad, Misty Kaiser (Scott), Danika Longshore (Gabby), Kailey Longshore, Kristian, Bergen and Brayden Skistad; her great grandchildren, Laurel, Mason Wagner, Dakota, Cassidy, Sidney Jones, Jacob, Jordan, Jesse Severence, Timmy, Nicholas Messenger and Addie Skistad; and her friends, Jovi, Vivian Macasaet, Richard Presnnall and Kyle Germundson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
