It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Prather of Tioga, North Dakota, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Edward H. Prather and Orpha Prather (Solwold); and his wife Donna Prather (Vetsch). He was also cherished by his wife, sister and brothers, his children, eight nieces and nephews, and four grandchildren.
