It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon E Herfindahl (Tioga, North Dakota), who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Helen Herfindahl (Esklund); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Hazel Klevenberg; and his siblings-in-law, Marian Herfindahl, Arlene Klevenberg, LeRoy Klevenberg, Julian Klevenberg, Dale Weitzel and Joseph Grossman.
He is survived by : his siblings, Ronald Herfindahl and Sandra Shepherd (Richard); his wife Janice Klevenberg; his children, Starla Liedle (Scott) of White Earth, ND, Sentha Figueroa (Manuel) of Belton, TX and Slade Herfindahl of Tioga, ND.; his grandchildren, Dawson Liedle, Cheyenne Biwer (Bradley), Janson Figueroa, Jaron Figueroa, Sawyer Herfindahl and Slone Herfindahl; his great grandchild Jentry Biwer; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Grossman, Mary Weitzel Wilson, Richard Shepherd and Hollis Klevenberg.
