She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Clay, Carleigh (Anthony), Courtney and Cade; her granddaughters, Hallie Jo and Hartley Ann; her siblings, Terry (Marla), Michael (Renae), Jeffrey (Linda), Kathy Johnson (Tim) and Brian (Stacy); her father-in-law Jerome; her siblings-in-law, Michele Stein (Steve), Brent Stein (Tammie) and Beth Vrem (Shane); and her aunt Connie Flaagan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
