He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Evenson and Childs "Chuck" O. Evenson; his grandfather Oscar; his parents-in-law, Sue and Oliver; and his brothers-in-law, Knute and Clarence.
He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Sue; his children, Scott Evenson (Kayla) of Leonard, Beverly (Stephen) of Zap, John of Denbigh and Jessica of Towner; his sister Judy Erickson (Arlin) of Towner; his sisters-in-law, Karoline Vaagen (Jason) of Fargo, Clara Thompson (Jeff) of Glenburn, Crysta and Hall of Grand Forks; and his granddaughters, Hattie and Isabel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
