He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dunham and Helen Dunham. He is survived by: his brothers, Phil (Vicki) of Great Falls, MT, Paul (Roberta), Jim (Nancy) of Great Falls, MT and Tom (Jean) of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by 17 nieces/nephews and 28 grand-nieces/nephews.
