It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Derek L. Murach of Valley City, North Dakota, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Andrew, Zenona Murach, Robert and Sigrid Nordstrom; and his cousin Stephen Murach.

He is survived by : his parents, Lane Murach and Connie Murach (Nordstrom); his sisters, Traci Linn and Traci Gagnon (Tyler); his nephew Taylor; his niece Emily; and his grandmother Anne Nordstrom of International Falls, MN. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.

Derek Murach died unexpectantly on Monday, May 2, 2022, from Covid complications.
