He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Quick and Gladys Quick (Sad); his wife Violet Weller; his siblings, Loretta Schneider (Francis), Jeanette Salander (Harold), William Quick (Arlene) and Gary Quick; his son-in-law Ron Berge; his in-laws, Jeanne Quick, Viola Carlson and Clarence Weller; and his parents-in-law, Eugene and Helen Weller.
He is survived by: his children, Julie (Butch Sizer), Beth Berge of Dazey and Jim Quick of Dazey; his grandchildren, Emily and Tim Schmiedeberg; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Cole and Bella; his grandchildren, Eric, Alison Sizer, Camden, Parker, Ava, Trevor, Josh and Dylan Quick; his brother Alan Quick; and his sister-in-law Wendy Quick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. A prayer was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
The family requests donations be directed to the Dazey Cemetery Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
