The passing of Joan Leslie Nott of Valley City, North Dakota occurred on October 12, 2026. Joan, born on September 17, 1941, is remembered by those who knew her. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lund and Lyla Lund; her sister Nancy Williamson; her brother-in-law James Williamson; and her son Joel Nott.
She is survived by: her children, Bonita Henderson, Danette Thayer (Kevin), John Nott (Dora), Jody Taylor (Dave) and Daniel Nott; her grandchildren, Zachary, Erin, Jon, Kirstin, Eli, Ellie, Micheal, Alixx, Jordan, Hunter, Clay and Luke; her great grandchildren, Marley, Wyatt, Maverick, Blake, Jace, Sapphire, Riley and Valen; and her brothers, Allan Lund (Cathie) and Ed Lund (Gail). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dacotah Pavilion (240 3rd St NW, Valley City, ND 58072). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
