He is survived by: his wife Nicolette; his children, John (Carol) and Nissa; his grandchildren, Nickolai and Nöel; his sister Colleen Hulm; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Crandall and Byron Zebley; his nephews, Tom Rudolph and Jesse Hulm; and his niece Robyn Gamble. He is also survived by his family and by the many friends.
