He was predeceased by : his parents, Marguerite Bartz and Otto Bartz; his stepfather William Kehoe; his sister Lenora; his brother-in-law Lester Jenson; and his brother Donald.
He is survived by : his wife Marlene Vollmer; his children, Scott and Jody Haugen (Dennis); his grandchildren, Bryan Bartz, Andy, Mike, Erin and Abby Haugen; and his brother-in-law Dennis (Bonnie Vollmer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
