It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Miller of Valley City, North Dakota, born in Basin, Wyoming, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Bonar. She is survived by: her husband Norman Miller; her children, David, Tim and Jessica; her sisters, Cindy, Carla, Pam, Melissa and Bobbie; her mother-in-law Marijo Vick; and her in-laws, Jerome, Mark and Jolene. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
