He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Arthur, LaVain Sola and Milo Vasfaret; his father-in-law Rueben Rodrigez; and his sister-in-law Annette Carter.

He is survived by : his parents, Michael Sola and Shelley Sola (Vasfaret) of Mapleton, ND; his wife Rebecca A. Carter; his children, Alexander, Violette, Jaxson, Damien and Sophia; his brothers, Al Sola, Tim Sola (Londyn) and Steven Sola (Tracy Haussler); his mother-in-law Hannelore Kutchenreiter; and his grandmother Shirley Vasfaret.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Brandon Sola Memorial Fund at Gate City Bank in Minot.
