He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Wobbema and Sophie Wobbema (Zuling); his wife Jeanette Walz; his son Harold Jr.; his son-in-law Leslie Owens; and his siblings, Margaret, Pearl, Nellie, Mildred, Ann, Helen, Susie, Jennie, Emma, Henry, John and Peter.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Owens of Lino Lakes, MN, Diana Nelson (Curtis) of Velva, ND, Richard Wobbema (Tina) of Velva, ND, Timothy Wobbema of Velva, ND and Dale Wobbema of Minot, ND; his grandchildren, Amber Torfin (Dean), Austin Wobbema, Bambi Lambert (Nathan), Minnie Mancini (John), Vanessa Herslip (Jacob), Erick Nelson (Amy), Cody Wobbema, Brad Wobbema, Jesse Owens (Lindsey), Daisy Saccoman, Samantha McMahon (Corey), Kevin Nelson (Moriah) and Katelyn Vormestrand (Dalyn); and his great grandchildren, Annika, Aubrey, Sawyer, Tysyn, Olivia, Gianna, Jesse, Parker, Taylor, Evan, Harper, Alex, Addy, Maylie, McKenna, Larissa, Braylee, Hunter, Trenton, Liliana, Logan, Jack, Gavin, Aiden, Madison, Grayson, Mei, Helena and Landon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Family Funeral Home (304 Main St S, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Valley Lutheran Church (400 Main St N, Velva, ND 58790).
