It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie E. Leier of Velva, North Dakota, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Duchsherer and Mary Duchsherer (Feller); her former life partner William J. Leier; her sons, Billy J. Leier and Leslie A. Leier; and her siblings, Anton Duchsherer, Frank Duchsherer, Jr., Adam Duchsherer, Bennie Duchsherer, William Duchsherer, Peter Duchsherer, Pius Duchsherer and Gertrude Marshall.

She is survived by : her children, Bruce Leier (Sherrie) of Minot, ND and Carleen Ann Leier of Bismarck, ND; her grandchildren, Chad Leier (Melissa), Nathan Leier (Becky), Dustin Leier (Alysa), Nicole Kaylor (Michael) and Travis Leier; her great grandchildren, Brandon and Nicholas Leier; her grandchildren, Avery, Tilton Leier, Piper Leier, Dylan and Devin Kaylor; her sisters-in-law, Sandy Duchsherer and Dorothy Duchsherer; and her aunt Ann Armstrong.
