He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Howe and Selma Howe (Pederson); his wife Phyllis Jelsing; and his sister Myrtle Marler. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Howe (Machelle), Kimberly Williams (Phillip) and Karla Tull (Michael); his grandchildren, Heather Lowe (Ryan), Michael Howe (Jaime), Sara Lee (Jason), Dallas Williams (Kayla), Justin Lambert (Rebecca) and Haley Tull; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Hadleigh, Finley, Renley Lowe, Harper Williams, Nora and Violet Lambert.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Velva United Methodist Church (112 1st St W, Velva, ND 58790).
