It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent R Kangas of Velva, North Dakota, born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Richard Kangas and Lynn Jeffers; his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Ashley Kangas and Victoria Custer; his grandchildren, Madison and Kadence; his sisters, Belynda Tse (Cliff), Anna Cint (Craig) and Faye Prebeck (Derek); his nephews, Tyler, Austin and Aaron Prebeck; his stepparents, Larry Jeffers and Sandy Kunz; and his mother-in-law Shirley Craddock.
