It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Thimjon (Wahpeton, North Dakota), who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Bladow and Lenore Bladow (Dammann); and her husband Duane. She is survived by: her sons, Troy (Darla) and Jay (Andrea); her grandchildren, Tawny (Seth), Blaze (Rachel), Payton (Alex), Tylee (Reed), Mason, Kobe and Riley; her great grandchildren, Kase and Randi; her brother-in-law Dale Thimjon (Sonja); and her brother Dean Bladow.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home (224 6th St N, Wahpeton, ND 58074). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In place of flowers, plants, or monetary offerings, the Thimjon family respectfully requests that memorials be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, or a charity of your choice.
