He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Palmer (Sam) of Las Cruces, NM; and his sibling's children, Jerilyn Friemond (Rolf), Kristen Whitehead (John) of Bellingham, WA, Judy Adams, Trina Ortiz, Loren Lang (Friederike Backhaus) and Scott Qualy (Jeneanne) of Denver, CO..
