He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Azure and Anna Azure (LaFrance); his wife Linda Tingum; his brother Linus Azure; his in-laws, Art and Florence Tingum; and his brother-in-law Gary Tingum.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Azure (Mindy) and Christa Azure; his grandchildren, Braden, Harper, Logan, Aurora and Collins; his siblings, Arthur J. Azure Jr., Earl J. Azure (Linda), Deborah Lingen (Pete), Anna Schuler and Vita Azure; and his sister-in-law Sharon Score (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
