He was predeceased by: his parents, Byard Cummings and Margaret Cummings (Swanson); his brother Bill Cummings; and his son Christopher Byard Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Marsha E Cummings (Roth) of Carrington, ND; his daughters, Lisa VanLeeuwem (Mark) and Melissa Cummings (Ron Horak) of Warrenton, VA; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Harrison, Thomas, Richard, Mercedes and Matthew. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
