Leona Umphrey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, at the age of 76, Leona Umphrey of Wahpeton, North Dakota, born in Valley City, North Dakota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leona Umphrey to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Puhr and Esther Puhr; her son Brian; her husband Paul Umphrey; and her siblings, Leonard Puhr and Lorraine Tjon.
Leona then moved to Wahpeton ND, in 1999 and received serviced thru Red River Human Services Foundation for the remainder of her life. Guardianship and advocacy service were provided by Catholic Charities of North Dakota and Southeast Human Services Foundation.
