He is survived by: his children, Gina Cook (Mark Balsdon) of Fargo and Michael Cook (Erin) of Walhalla; his grandchildren, Joshua Balsdon of Grand Forks, Wyatt Brusseau of Grand Forks, Logan Longtin of Grand Forks, Mason and Archer Cook of Walhalla; his great grandchild Hendrix Balsdon of Grand Forks; his mother-in-law Laura White of Grand Forks; his siblings, Gary Cook of Karlstad, MN, Diane Baker (Rodney) of Florida, Judy Cook of Missouri and David Cook of Walhalla; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Osowski (Robert) of Grafton and Janice Berthold (Ted) of Grand Forks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
