He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Johnson and Mary Johnson (Goulet); his wife Kathy (Lorenzen); his siblings, Randy, Laurie and Keith; and his great grandchild Brantley.
He is survived by: his son Stevie (Kelly); his stepchildren, Lynnette (Kelly), Ginger (Shawn) and Shane (Carrie); and his brother Mark. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
