He is survived by: his wife Miranda Harvey (Benning); his children, Mary Jane Harvey, Benning Todd Harvey and Everly Rae Harvey; his mother Katie Eslick Harvey; his sisters, Katelyne Harvey and Samantha Wilson (Billy); his brothers-in-law, Ryan Benning (Katie), Ray Benning and Rhett Benning (Kerri); and his grandparent Glen Harvey (Patti). He is also survived by his numerous nephews and nieces.
