He was predeceased by: his father Todd R. Harvey; and his grandfather Kenny Eslick (Lavina). He is survived by: his wife Miranda Harvey (Benning); his children, Mary Jane Harvey, Benning Todd Harvey and Everly Rae Harvey; his mother Katie Eslick Harvey; his sisters, Katelyne Harvey and Samantha Wilson (Billy); his brothers-in-law, Ryan Benning (Katie), Ray Benning and Rhett Benning (Kerri); and his grandparent Glen Harvey (Patti). He is also survived by his numerous nephews and nieces.
A prayer will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Edwin's Catholic Church (906 Northgate Rd, Washburn, ND 58577). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Edwins Catholic Church (906 Northgate Rd, Washburn, ND 58577).
