She was predeceased by : her parents, Wallace Van Gundy and Florence Binsbachar (Litteri); and her stepfather Arthur "Bins" Binsbachar. She is survived by : her former life partner Robert "Bob" Madsen; her grandchild Shawn; her children, Gina Pich (Steven) and Shawn Madsen (Kim); her grandchildren, Derek Pich, Hailey Madsen, Kayla Goroski (Adam) and Cole Pich; her brother Gene Binsbachar; her nephew Gino Van Gundy-Medeiros (Tony); and her pet Hattie.

In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be made in her memory to Miles of Love dog rescue in Mandan, ND.
