He was predeceased by: his father Donald Vance. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Vance (Umphryes) of Vermont, IL; his children, Mike Vance (Caitlyn Thompson) of Ipava, IL and Jessica Vance of Billings, MT; and his siblings, Steven and Shannon Jones of Westport, WA. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
