He is survived by: his son Austin Mette (Taylor) of Watford City, ND; and his stepdaughters, Amanda Verba (Jesse) of Woonsocket, SD and Celeste Stalcup (Eric) of West Columbia, SC..
A burial will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Graceland Cemetery.
