She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Jorgenson and Gertie Jorgenson; her husband James L. Devitt; her son Michael Dean; her stepfather Helmer Blegen; and her siblings, John Jorgenson (Gertrude), Melvin Jorgenson (Meryle), Herman Jorgenson (Evelyn), Clement Jorgenson (Lola), Violet Palloch (Fred) and Verna Schuessler (Fred).
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl; her son-in-law Allen Northrop; her son Randy Devitt; her grandchildren, Christopher Northrop (Brenda), Matthew Northrop (Amy), Seth Northrop (Michaela) and Courtney Schmidt (Scott); and her sister-in-law Ann Devitt of Buffalo, MN.. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
