He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Vetter and Muriel Vetter (Bang); and his brother Paul. He is survived by : his wife Marcey; his daughters, Angela McCarvel and Denise Graunke (Luke); his grandchildren, Jameson McCarvel, Benjamin, Brooks and Natalie Graunke; his siblings, Bob Vetter (Dee), Marlys Wulfsberg (Gary), Ruth Vetter (Vince Fox), Janice Vetter (Paul Finger), Harold Vetter (Emily) and Lois Anderson (Denny); his sister-in-law Marian; and his in-laws, Hosea and Shirley Roe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center (321 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078).

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Center for Avian Adoption, Rescue, and Education (CAARE) in Fargo, ND.
