Jerald Strand Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerald Strand (West Fargo, North Dakota), who passed away on January 16, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Strand and Henrietta Strand; his brother Mike Strand (Madonna); and his sister-in-law Karen Strand (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Shelly (Mike) and James (Amy); his grandchildren, Marissa Contreras (Frank), Torri Gaebel, Miranda Duncan, Sierra and Carson Strand; his great grandchildren, Cambrie, Haven, Emmit and Lydia; and his siblings, Jim, Dean Strand and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
