As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joyce may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bussman and Bertha Bussman. She is survived by: her husband John Stende; her daughter LeaAnne Hom (Gary Hamann); her stepsons, John M. Stende (Jodi) and Donald B. Stende (Elizabeth); and her siblings, Janette Bjugstad, Patricia Benson (Mark) of Arvilla, ND., Sally Holm and Robert Bussman. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu flowers, memorials are preferred to the Memory Café of the Red River Valley.
